Western Outdoor News is reporting that Southern California angler Mike Hart, who was caught attempting to weigh in fish with lead weights in their stomachs during the 2010 WON Bass U.S. Open, has pled guilty to misdemeanor charges of petty larceny and disorderly conduct and will pay a $1,000 fine.
Hart had originally faced a felony fraud charge before reaching the deal with prosecutors in Nevada.
