Balog: Is Coosa River the first domino?

The Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division announced recently that it's considering a slot limit for the Coosa River in an attempt to improve the spotted bass fisheries along its chain. Such a restriction would upset a lot of anglers and tournament organizers, but Joe Balog believes it could result in a positive boost to fish health, particularly in regard to delayed mortality.
