A big smallie and a memento bag

Jonny Pitelka, the Illinois smallmouth bass state record-holder, had quite the month of September. He landed a fish that was even longer (but lighter) than his 7-03 standard-bearer from October 2019 and also caught a plastic bag that contained memorial items for an avid fisherman who was killed in the World Trade Center attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
