Want to try a couple of bait designs from the early part of the 20th century – new versions of lures that achieved popularity among anglers "back in the day" before organized tournaments were even conceived of and the majority of bass caught ended up in a frying pan?
PRADCO reintroduced two such baits during last month's virtual ICAST: the Arbogast Jitterbug and the Heddon Slopenose. Frank Sargeant, editor of the Fishing Wire, gave them a try and reports that they still fool fish.
