Poche withdraws after horsepower violation

Keith Poche, who caught a 13-01 bag on day 1 of the Mississippi River FLW Pro Circuit Super Tournament, has pulled out of the event after his weight for the round was zeroed due to a horsepower violation. Pro Circuit Rule No. 12 states that competition boats must be powered by motors of at least 150-hp, and Poche ran a 90-hp motor on his aluminum rig on day 1.

Poche was in 17th place in the standings prior to having his weight DQ'd.
