Ark Fishing International has added Bassmaster Elite Series angler Gerald Swindle and Major League Fishing pros Brent Ehrler and Brett Hite to its pro staff. Swindle will compete with Ark rods and Ehrler and Hite will use and promote Ark tungsten sinkers.
"All 3 of these guys are proven performers on and off the water and I welcome them to Team Ark,” said owner Louie Zhang, who founded the company in 2017. “It has been an amazing 3 years and I am excited about our growth. This growth has built a solid foundation and allowed me to expand Ark's product line outside of just building the best fishing rods."
Said Swindle: "These have to be the lightest and most sensitive rods I’ve ever fished with. They truly will be the backbone of my fishing this year.”
Added Ehrler: “I’m very excited to work with Ark tungsten. I’m impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the product. I love the beveled edges on the slip sinkers as well as the inserts for added line protection. Above that, I love the fact that they have the size of the weight printed on the weight itself. That’s a big deal when you're fishing on the fly. The dropshot and nail weights are also top-notch.”
Said Hite: "I love the shapes as well as the no-chip finish on this tungsten. Ark has me covered with everything I need, from dropshot to heavy punching weights. It's top-quality tungsten that retails at an affordable price."
The trio joins a pro staff that includes MLF's Randall Tharp and Elite Series pros Brandon Cobb and Wes Logan.
