Terry Keith Long, a resident of Bridgeport, Texas, has been indicted by a county grand jury in his home state for allegedly altering the tail of a bass he caught in the McDonald Big Bass Splash at Lake Fork in September. Bass at Fork must measure more than 24 inches or less than 16 to be possessed and Long is accused of trimming the tail of a fish to get it to register under the slot restriction.
