Crunch time proved to be the time when the most fish were caught at the first Bass Pro Tour held at the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes last week.

During the third period of the Knockout Round, as 40 competitors battled for 10 spots in the Championship Round, 193 bass were caught, which was a single-period high for the tournament. The same period also produced an event-best 367 pounds. No other period saw more than 265 pounds caught. The Knockout Round saw a total of 473 fish caught for 878-05, both single-day highs for 40-man competition days.
