Roy scores title deal with Covercraft

Covercraft, a leading producer of automotive, marine and recreational vehicle protection products, announced today it will become the title sponsor for pro angler Bradley Roy, who will compete on the Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour in 2019.

Roy, a three-time Bassmaster Classic qualifier, is coming off a 2018 Bassmaster Elite Series season that saw him finish a career-best 3rd in points and close the year ranked 10th in the BassFan World Rankings.

We are thrilled to become Bradley Roys title sponsor, said Covercraft director of marketing Jeff Jegelewicz. Not only is he a Top-10 angler, but hes dedicated to giving back to the community through charitable events and programs. This speaks volumes about his character, and we feel he represents the Covercraft brand exceptionally well.

Over his career, Roy has made a commitment to his community through his annual Bradley Roy High School Open fishing tournament and his partnership with USA Cares, an organization that provides financial and advocacy assistance to post-9/11 U.S. military personnel and their families. Covercraft will be an active supporter of both initiatives.

We attended the 2018 high school event and were extremely impressed," said Jegelewicz. "High school fishing is a huge deal for these kids and their parents and mentors. We want to put our support squarely behind them.

In addition to being prominently featured on Roy's truck, boat and jersey in 2019, Covercraft will help Roy host a sweepstakes that will allow one angler to fish with Roy and attend the 2019 Covercraft Bradley Roy High School Open. In addition, Covercraft will outfit the winner's vehicle with the company's products bumper to bumper. Additional information will be forthcoming.
