The 2nd annual Keith Combs Rayburn Slam, a fund-raising tournament benefiting Warrior's Weekend, will take place Oct. 7 at Umphrey Pavilion at Sam Rayburn Reservoir in Texas.
The open team tournament offers a payout exceeding 100 percent of the entry fees. It will also feature youth, college and co-ed team prizes and a kids' casting contest.
A raffle and auction held in conjunction with the event includes guided trips with Combs, James Niggemeyer, Clark Reehm, Darold Gleason, Stephen Johnson and Greg West, along with an autographed game jersey from Brian Robison of the Minnesota Vikins, a crappie trip with guide Landan Ware, a saltwater trip out of Port O'Connor and jerseys signed by all 2017 Elite Series pros. In addition to Warrior's Weekend, raffle and auction proceeds will benefit victims of Hurricane Harvey.
