Fishing League Worldwide (FLW) announced today that a service access agreement has been reached with Mercury Marine to allow the outboard manufacturer to transport its service trailers to FLW tournaments in 2017. Anglers who utilize Mercury outboards and/or MotorGuide trolling motors will have access to on-site service crews at FLW Tour, FLW Series and various BFL events.
Mercury, which ended its sponsor affiliation with FLW earlier this month, intends to offer a contingency award program to all Mercury-powered FLW tournament anglers in 2017. Additional details are expected to be announced in November.
