Rain fell non stop today during day 1 of practice for the Smith Lake FLW Tour, which gets started on Thursday in Jasper, Ala.
Jay Yelas and Luke Clausen have both experienced soggy spring tournaments at the deep Alabama reservoir before and Yelas anticipates the lake to rise some due to the steady precipitation that fell Sunday. Clausen, meanwhile, thinks he might be on to something, but won't know for sure until he gets more time on the water under his belt.
