We'd like to congratulate Cody Tumlin of Ozark, Mo., for winning our Bobby Lane Bassmaster Classic giveaway courtesy of Berkley, Sébile, Abu Garcia and Spiderwire.
Tumlin was one of three BassFans to accurately guess Lane's total weight (56-07) at the Classic. As a tiebreaker, the contest was carried over to the Lake Seminole Elite Series. Tumlin guessed Lane would catch 28-06 at the season opener this week. Lane's actual weight was 24-08, meaning Tumlin was the closest of the three finalists. The other two guesses were in the 62-pound range.
For winning, Tumlin will receive a $500 prize package that includes a new Abu Garcia Revo Rocket casting reel, a 7-foot Abu Garcia Veracity casting rod along with an assortment of Sébile Action First hard baits, Berkley Havoc soft baits and SpiderWire Glow-Vis braided line.
The other two finalists, James Elders and George Myers, will also receive prize packs.
