The second day of competition at the Toldedo Bend Bassmaster Central Open has been canceled due to weather, B.A.S.S. announced this morning.
A band of strong thunderstorms carrying high winds and lightning was expected to linger in the areas for much of the day so tournament officials opted to scrap the second day of the event at the 185,000-acre impoundment.
If the event resumes Saturday, the full 213-boat field will compete with the winner determined by cumulative two-day weight.
