The 9th season of Ultimate Match Fishing will be kick off at 10:30 a.m. EST Friday, July 3 on the Outdoor Channel. Other air times will be 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
Featuring some of the top anglers from the Elite Series and FLW Tour, UMF this season has some interesting head-to-head matchups, including Randy Howell against Anthony Gagliardi in a showdown between the 2014 Bassmaster Classic winner and the 2014 Forrest Wood Cup champion.
Other matchups include Jacob Wheeler vs. Justin Lucas and Andy Morgan against Tommy Martin. Wilson Lake in Florence, Ala., will serve as the venue.
Joe Thomas and Fish Fishburne will provide on-the-water commentary and analysis while Mark Randolph will serve as referee.
