Evers to plug gear-retrieval device

Evers to plug gear-retrieval device

Louisiana-based Bell Outfitters announced today that Oklahoma Bassmaster Elite Series pro Edwin Evers will endorse the company's H20 Gear Pro –a lightweight device that attaches to various types of gear and, upon submersion in water, deploys a highly visible float to the surface of the water so that the gear can be located and retrieved.

"After much consideration, we felt it was a great fit for Bell Outfitters and Edwin Evers," said Brandon Bell. "Edwin is someone who has great moral values while having a great connection with consumers. Our goal is to make a difference in the fishing industry by allowing people to get back items that would have otherwise been lost."

Said Evers: "I'm extremely excited to be working with Brandon and his team at Bell Outfitters. Being a hardcore outdoorsman and having lost numerous items over the years either to the elements or altogether, the H2O Gear Pro will certainly help prevent that in the future."

The device will be on hand at Evers' booth (No. 1018) at next week's Bassmaster Classic.
