BassFan's new look

If you’re clicking on BassFan.com for the first time today or for the first time in a while, you might notice a new look to site.

Don’t be alarmed. It’s been a few years since BassFan.com has updated its appearance and we felt the time had come to give readers a fresher, cleaner look and experience.

The changes go beyond a new coat of paint. We’ve made many of BassFan's most popular features more user-friendly, and some sections that had become obsolete over the years have been eliminated.

Among the new additions is the biggest movers in the BassFan World Rankings. Each time the rankings are updated, you'll be able to see who made the biggest jump, who fell the most places and where the top newcomer fit in. Also, our Angler Profile section has been updated to include sortable features and larger photos.

You can also share an individual Dock Talk item via your preferred social network (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.). Going forward, our BassFan Big Sticks feature will be called the BassFan Pro View Report as pros from both tours will continue to give us their exclusive takes on tournament practice and competition.

Not only has the site been upgraded and given a fresh look, but it's been optimized for tablet devices, with an optimized version for mobile devices (iPhones, Androids) coming very soon. That means BassFans will be able to get the news they crave while at home or on the go.

One thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to bring BassFans the most complete, unbiased reporting on the world of bass fishing.

Feel free to take a look around and, as always, let us know what you think. Even that’s easier to do now by clicking on the yellow Feedback tab to your right.
