B.A.S.S. announced today that Dave Mercer, who replaced Keith Alan as Bassmaster Elite Series emcee this year, will remain in that position through 2013.

"Not only did I have the opportunity to work with many of my heroes, I quickly learned that the Bassmaster Elite Series pros are not just elite because of what they do on the water. The entire group of anglers, tournament staff, television crew and event sponsors could not have been more welcoming, accommodating, supportive and most importantly, fun to work with."
