Chick study: Most bruisers are hybrids

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Nooga.com reported this week on a study of big Lake Chickamauga bass done by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. The study revealed that the vast majority of the giants being caught at the red-hot fishery are hybrids – crosses between northern- and Florida-strain largemouths.
